MoonCress By Orion Wellness provides physical spa and wellness services at our premises. We do not sell or ship physical products to your address.
Appointment Confirmation
Upon successfully booking and paying for a therapy or purchasing a gift card online, you will receive a booking confirmation via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp to the contact details provided during checkout. This confirmation serves as your digital receipt and proof of service delivery.
Redemption of Services
Services must be redeemed in-person at our spa location at the scheduled appointment time. Gift cards are digitally delivered and must be presented (digitally or printed) at the reception upon arrival.
